---I'm only accepting Paypal payments at this time.
---I will provide you with an estimate of total price if you live in the US. If you're an international customer, you will be paying $4+ extra.
The Commissions:
---You can get a general idea of prices from the items I have in my shop. I will however give you an estimated price on whatever piece you want done.
---Price depends on size and difficulty. Materials, time, and services will be added in the total price.
---You will be required to pay half of the commission price before I proceed with your order. Once your order is done then you will be required to pay the other half of the commission price before I ship it out to you.
---I will provide progress photos of your commission if you desire.
---Please provide me with as much visual info as you can when you commission me. This way I don't waste time looking for images and can get right to your order.
Mailing Time:
---It takes a day or two for the payment to clear in Paypal. Your product will be shipped after the payment has cleared.
---You may ask for Tracking on your item, but it will cost extra, this is not available for international orders.
---For Made to Order products, it will be a week before they will be shipped out. This gives me time to make the product.
Refunds:
---The item may be refunded within 15 days of purchase if bought within the U.S. If it was an international order, it may be refunded within 30 days of purchase.
---You will have to pay the mailing and shipping if returning the product.
---If the item breaks during shipping you may choose a refund or a replacement.
