Chubby Squid + Commish WIP

Decided to make a squid for a buddy of mine in printmaking class, after they said how much they liked the ones I've made. I decided to go a more "chubby" route. I really like how it came out, so I'm going to be making more to sell.

This is the second commission I received. I think you can guess what it is from either the look or the name of the picture. Either way, it's been quite fun so far! It's certainly allowing me to practice my sewing skills.

Kinky-Hair WIP

Another wip picture of Kinky, one of the commissions I received. I thought her hair was going to give me trouble, because for some reason, hair always does. But it was quite easy, so I'm happy with that. :3

Octopus -WIP-

WIP of my polymer clay octopus that I've had on the backburner for the longest time ever. It's my second prototype and I still need to make changes until I'm satisfied with the final result.

I still need to paint it some more as you can see. Hopefully I'll get that done this week, over the weekend more than likely. 

I loved the top picture, it makes me think he did something wrong so he's all like "I'm sorry." Yup.

Commission Kinky-Body WIP

WIP of a commission I received to make an original character into a keychain. Right now I'm waiting on approval or instructions on changes that the creator wants done. So far I like how she looks though, that bust took me a while to get right.

Commission for my lovely Squid

The fleece has arrived for SaltySquid's commission. Oh my it's so lovely, I can't wait to get started on this. It's so exciting because this will be my second biggest sewing project. I hope the learning experience is not so rough with me.

Dust plugs + More

I have now added the option to request dust plugs instead of the cell phone strap. I have realized that most cells nowadays don't have that little area to loop a cell strap in. So you get your choice of either the dust plug or the cell strap!

In other news, I got my very first sewing machine. I love it so far. Hopefully I'll get to use it soon, school has been pretty busy. That's what I get for taking 3 art classes and one that requires me to do art as well, which I wasn't expecting.

Space Hoop -WIP-

Jumping on that embroidery hoop bus. Here's a WIP of what I'm making, I think it's looking good so far. Just need to get some grey felt before I can go any further with it. By the title you can probably guess which guys these two are. Heh.
